Exciting Opportunity To Help Your Child's Class Win a Pizza Party While Earning Volunteer Hours! Our annual auction is April 13th. This year the classrooms have the chance to win a delicious pizza or ice cream party; and they need your help to do it! We're seeking parent volunteers to partner with our dedicated teachers in completing their special classroom project for our annual auction. The first class to successfully finish the project will be rewarded with a party for the entire class. It's a fantastic way to support our school and create lasting memories for your students. The auction is just around the corner! We are looking for donations of large plants to help decorate for our Havana Night theme. Home Depot has for $19.99 if you want to donate a plant or two!

Welcome to Pope St. John XXIII STEM Academy's Havana Nights Auction Gala!

This year’s theme is Havana Nights! Is there a better way to support our school than to have a huge party with good food, great friends, and fabulous items to bid on?

The Pope St. John XXIII STEM Academy Annual Auction Gala is our largest and most important fundraiser. Last year, the auction raised over $70,000, with funds going directly to our tuition assistance program. Every penny from the auction goes back to Pope St. John XXIII STEM Academy—and our children! The auction has allowed our school to:

 

  • Enhance our excellent curriculum,

  • Offer tuition assistance to families in need,

  • Provide assistance to our sports and theater programs,

  • And much more!
